We’re getting married in Hawaii. There are a lot of people helping out with the wedding. Instead of a wedding dinner we’re taking the wedding party bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents. My question is do we also have to pay for their dates? I would like to know each and everything relating to wedding rehearsal dinner etiquette. Please help.
