My wedding is all set to take place in the month of August. This is going to be the first wedding in our family, as my dad is the only child, and I am the eldest one in my family. Moreover, we have planned to plan the wedding our own ways, and not really ask for any wedding planner. Nonetheless, I have a query regarding the save the date etiquette and I want to know from some expert in wedding planning, whether it is an appropriate time to send my save the date card in May. The wedding venue is local, therefore, I am not sure about the right time to send the save the date card.
