How to make a hard chocolate glaze?

I would like to make a chocolate glaze. I would like to drizzle it over an angel food cake. I don’t want that it should be as hard as a chocolate shell, simply hard enough to stay on the cake and not run/smear. The cake has to be transported some distance. Hope you will help me out.
