Would a Catholic church prohibit a wedding kiss if bride and groom are reluctant for it?

Our wedding is going to take place in a Catholic church, and my fiancé and I are quite skeptical about the wedding kiss ceremony, as his family would be a part of the wedding including his grandparents as well. I don’t know them all as such, but since I would be moving in with them after my wedding, I think it to be fine to avoid wedding kiss. Nonetheless, I have learnt that many Catholic churches do not allow for first kiss. Is this for real? I wanted to know whether we could discuss it with our Patron! Can somebody please advice, as I am really nervous about it?
