I was looking through a family friend’s daughter’s wedding album. She had a picture of paper fans set up for during the ceremony. They were only .50 cents each. I did some research, and am usually pretty internet savvy, but for the life of me can’t find a freaking paper fan for under $1 each. Where can I find them for less price? Any idea?
