Can I give a new color to modeling chocolate other than brown by adding flavors?

Last time on my sister’s wedding I needed a blast and I made cake with the help of modeling chocolate. I mainly used it to make designs on the top of the cake to give it a nice appearance. It was really yum and who does not like her work praising and so do I. Now this time I am going to make it again but I want to try a different flavor. So what do you think about making it again, with some other flavor. What I can add to mixture to give it other color then brown. Is this possible? Has anyone tried this?
