First Gay Marriage in the history of Boston

gay lesFor some it was the happiest day of their life. And for the viewers it was a historical day to remember. And in the homosexual community it was the day for celebration and triumphs. As thousands and thousands of gays and lesbian couples thronged the city, it was a spectacular moment to cherish forever.

The City Hall Plaza in Boston witnessed this heart warming event, where the mayor greeted around 99 gay couples. The figures were all different and surprising large in numbers in all different venues and cities. A survey conducted revealed that nearly two-third of the couples seeking the marriage license were lesbians. It was a dream comes true for all. The paper work rolled on and on leaving the clerks tired and jet lagged but they never let down the couples.
