My girlfriend is a Chinese, and I was wondering whether we could add a tea ceremony at the wedding, as the wedding is otherwise going to be in a traditional Catholic manner. I have heard a lot about wedding tea ceremony in Chinese tradition, and I wonder how can I include it in my wedding. She has an elder brother in her family, and her mom, as her father passed away quite early. I wanted to know whether we both would serve the tea to her brother as well in this ceremony, or just her mother! Please help me with some appropriate advice at the earliest possible. I shall be thankful to you.
Should the bride’s elder brother also be served tea at the Wedding tea ceremony?
